7 GOOGLE DATA AND GOOGLE CALENDAR

7.1 Data accessed

When you connect your Google account to our application, we only access the data strictly necessary to manage appointments created through the application in Google Calendar.

  • Creation of events in your Google Calendar
  • Updating events created by the application
  • Deletion of events created by the application
  • Technical identifiers required to manage synchronization between the application and Google Calendar

The application does not access, read, import, or modify any other events already present in your Google Calendar.

7.2 Data usage

Google user data is used exclusively to provide the Google Calendar synchronization feature available in the application.

More specifically, this data is used to:

  • create an event in Google Calendar when an appointment is created in the application,
  • update that event when the appointment is modified in the application,
  • delete that event when the appointment is deleted in the application or when the Google account is disconnected.

Google user data is never used for advertising, marketing, profiling, analytics, or any unrelated purpose.

7.3 Data sharing

Google user data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

It is used solely within the strict scope of the application’s functionality and only for the purpose of providing appointment synchronization with Google Calendar.

7.4 Data storage and protection

Google Calendar event content is not permanently stored on our servers, except where technically necessary to provide the synchronization service.

The application only stores the technical information strictly necessary to identify and manage the events it creates.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

7.5 Data retention and deletion

Google user data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the synchronization service.

When you disconnect your Google account from the application:

  • all events previously created by the application in your Google Calendar are deleted,
  • all associated technical data required for synchronization is deleted from our systems.
